The Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate, high-energy Junior Product Manager who is enthusiastic about leveraging technology to enhance KBC's capabilities in marketing, insights, analytics, and intelligence. Responsibilities
- Support the product management team in delivering data-driven capabilities to meet expanding business needs.
- Act as a liaison between technology and business groups, evaluating current processes and recommending agile, cost-saving, or capability-expanding solutions.
- Support scrum teams by facilitating agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project progress and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in managing engagements, keeping detailed records of project progress, decisions, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to further understand product management, agile methodologies, and the technology ecosystem.

Pay
- Starting at $19 - $25 per hour - Competitive salary based on experience

- Full-time, 24-month development program with potential for permanent placement
